Free Network: No Charges, No Refunds

Utility Hotline ("we," "us," or "our") operates a free nationwide network for private utility locating providers at utilityhotline.org.

We do not charge providers to be listed in our network. There are no subscription plans, no per-lead fees, and no premium tiers. As a result, there is nothing to refund or cancel. The network is funded by advertising, not by the providers listed in it.

If you would like to remove your listing, you can request removal at any time by contacting us at the address below.

How to Remove Your Listing

You can request removal of your provider listing at any time:

• Email: support@utilityhotline.org with your company name and the email address associated with your account.

Removal requests are handled by a person, not automatically. We will confirm by email once your listing has been removed.
